Account Deactivation Notice (Important)

In accordance with the ETZ Terms of Use, services provided to this account will be discontinued. A notification has been sent to your registered email specifying the deadline. Please ensure all assets are withdrawn before this date.

Important Note: After the deactivation date, you will lose access to your account and login functionality will be disabled. Cease all deposits immediately. Any deposits made after this notice may not be credited and will result in permanent loss of funds.

Quick Guide

1.How to Withdraw Crypto Assets? Refer to the "ETZ Withdrawal Guide." Verify that the receiving platform supports the selected network and contract address.

Important: You must enter a valid on-chain wallet address. Do NOT use ETZ Pay or internal transfer IDs, as funds will be lost.
Small Balances: You may convert small balances (dust) to BTC prior to withdrawal.

2.Unable to Withdraw Fiat? If fiat withdrawal services are restricted, please contact ETZ Customer Support for assistance.

3.NFT Withdrawals & Gas Fees Withdraw NFTs FIRST. Ensure you leave sufficient ETH or BNB in your spot wallet to cover Gas fees.

If you lack sufficient funds for Gas, contact Customer Support.

4. Service Restrictions Except for crypto withdrawals, all other services remain terminated. This includes: P2P, ETZ Pay, Deposits, Trading, Convert, API, Referrals, Futures, Gift Cards, Web3 Wallet, Earn, and NFT Marketplace.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Reasons for Account Deactivation All accounts are subject to the ETZ Terms of Use. Upon discovery of any violation, services will be terminated. Due to regulatory constraints and security protocols, we may not be able to disclose the specific reason. For inquiries, contact Customer Support; requests will be forwarded to the relevant team for review.
Failure to Complete Withdrawals on Time Please ensure all assets are withdrawn prior to the deactivation date. If encounter technical issues, contact Customer Support immediately.
Handling of Futures/Derivatives Positions Positions must be closed manually before the deadline. Any open positions remaining after the deadline will be automatically liquidated by the system at market price, and standard fees will apply.
Asset Conversion Prior to Withdrawal Trading services are terminated. However, small asset balances (dust) may be converted to BTC prior to withdrawal.
Incoming Deposits Post-Deactivation Do not accept or arrange any deposits into this account. Funds deposited after deactivation will not be credited and will be permanently lost.
Request for Deletion of Personal Data You may submit a request for account deletion. However, subject to applicable laws (including AML/CTF regulations), ETZ is obligated to retain specific data for a statutory period. Data will be permanently erased once this period expires.
Eligibility for Airdrops Not Eligible. Airdrop receipt is disabled immediately following account deactivation.
Re-registration of Accounts Prohibited. Each user is limited to a single verified identity. Creating new accounts after termination is strictly prohibited.
Redemption of ETH Staking Products (BETH/WBETH)

WBETH: Redeemed for ETH based on the applicable conversion ratio.
BETH: Redeemed for ETH at a 1:1 ratio. Important: Redemption and withdrawal must be completed prior to account closure. The Ethereum network is subject to congestion and unstaking queues, resulting in unpredictable processing times. ETZ is not liable for delays caused by the network.

Disposition of Earn and Subscription Products

Manual Redemption: Supported products must be redeemed prior to account closure.
Restricted Products: For products restricted by regulations, contact Customer Support .

Asset Retrieval from ETZ Web3 Wallet There are two methods to retrieve your assets:

Transfer: Assets must be fully transferred to an external wallet prior to account closure.

Export: Use the "Emergency Export" function to export your Private Key or Seed Phrase to a. third-party wallet to retain access. (Refer to Web3 Wallet FAQ).

Status of API Services Terminated. All API services are discontinued, including the creation of new keys and the use of existing ones.
Export of Transaction History You need account access to download records. If you cannot log in, contact Customer Support for assistance.
Redemption of BNFCR Holdings Except for crypto withdrawals, all other services are terminated. Contact Customer Support for specific redemption instructions regarding BNFCR.
Settlement of Outstanding Loans (VIP / Flexible Loan) Immediate repayment is required to release collateral. Following deactivation, outstanding positions will be automatically liquidated at market price (subject to a 2% liquidation fee). If the LTV threshold is triggered, automatic liquidation will occur, and funds will be permanently lost. Contact Customer Support if you need to request a collateral offset.
