If your jurisdiction explicitly prohibits digital asset trading, or if you are located in a country or region on an international sanctions list, you must immediately cease using ETZ services.

ETZ strictly prohibits users from using our services to engage in any illegal activities, encompassing money laundering, smuggling, commercial bribery, and illicit cross-border capital flows. ETZ has established robust risk management systems and continuously enhances security protocols to protect user rights and assets. If ETZ detects any suspicious illegal activity, we reserve the right to take necessary measures, such as restricting account functionality and reporting to regulatory authorities. ETZ assumes no liability for consequences arising from such actions and reserves the right to take legal action against violators.

Important: To avoid involvement in illegal transactions, users must adhere to the following:

Do not share account access with others.
Do not rent or lend personal identification documents.
Safeguard account information and banking credentials.
Cooperate with ETZ during identity verification processes.
Use secure and regulated financial institutions for C2C trade settlement.

Section 3: Legal Cooperation & Data Privacy

If a competent judicial authority presents a valid legal document requesting cooperation, ETZ will verify the document's validity and provide relevant user information or implement account restrictions in accordance with the law. ETZ shall not be liable for any disclosure of information, account restrictions, or consequential losses resulting from such cooperation.

Note: Under applicable laws and regulations, ETZ may collect and use your personal information without prior consent in the following circumstances:

Matters directly linked to national security or defense.
Matters directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests.
Matters related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement of court rulings.
When necessary to protect vital interests (such as life or property) and obtaining consent is impractical.
When the information has been voluntarily disclosed by the user to the public.
When personal information is collected from lawful public sources (e.g., lawful news reports or government disclosures).
When necessary for the performance of a contract requested by the user.
When necessary to maintain the security and stability of system services.
Other circumstances permitted by laws and regulations.
