USDT (Tether USD) is a digital token issued by Tether and pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar, meaning 1 USDT always represents the value of 1 USD and can be redeemed accordingly.

USDT is currently issued on three different public blockchains: Omni-USDT, ERC-USDT, and TRC-USDT.

USDT-Omni

This version of USDT is issued by Tether on the Bitcoin (BTC) network, and both deposits and withdrawals are processed through the Bitcoin blockchain. It is implemented using the Omni Layer protocol, which is built on top of the BTC network. (Please note: on the ETZ platform, your BTC deposit address is not the same as your USDT-Omni deposit address. Depositing USDT to a BTC address may result in the loss of assets.)
