1. Specification Development Instructions

To further standardize cryptocurrency trading activities, maintain a fair market environment, effectively prevent and control various risks, and safeguard the legitimate interests of participants in the cryptocurrency market, this trading platform will implement supervision and management over cryptocurrency trading activities. When abnormal trading activities are detected among platform users, the trading platform reserves the right to impose appropriate management measures on the relevant parties involved.

2. Criteria for Defining Abnormal Trading Behavior

Identification of Suspicious Transaction Accounts When multiple or single accounts are identified as engaging in suspicious transactions, the platform reserves the right to freeze the user's funds and trading privileges. In cases of severe violations, the platform may also confiscate profits obtained through fraudulent means.

Definition of improper profit-making behavior: Improper profit-seeking behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following scenarios:

Exploiting system vulnerabilities or mechanism flaws on the platform for arbitrage operations will result in the confiscation of all illicit gains upon verification.

The platform reserves the right to recover any additional gains users may have received due to a malfunction in the settlement system. Conversely, if users incur additional losses as a result, the platform will provide appropriate compensation.

During periods of abnormal price fluctuations in the index, all profits generated will be deducted, and corresponding losses will be fully compensated.

Other unreasonable profit situations identified by the platform may result in the deduction of related profit earnings.

Prohibition on Multi-Account Arbitrage ViolationsUsers are strictly prohibited from using multiple accounts or devices to engage in fraudulent arbitrage activities, including but not limited to obtaining handling fees, rebates, bonuses, and other benefits through improper means. The platform system will identify user cheating behaviors through multi-dimensional feature analysis. For users confirmed by the system to have engaged in fraudulent arbitrage, the platform will implement corresponding control measures, including but not limited to account suspension, asset freezing, login restrictions, and requiring advanced real-name authentication.

Restrictions on high-frequency The platform prohibits high-frequency trading operations for certain products. The platform will comprehensively evaluate the overall behavior of all associated user accounts (identified through multi-dimensional analysis, including IP addresses, device information, fund flows, trading behavior patterns, referral relationships, etc.).

Regarding the adjustment of platform operation permissions platform reserves the right to delist, suspend trading, or reduce leverage limits for any trading asset based on actual circumstances without compensation. Users may not claim damages on the grounds of being unaware of such adjustments.

Prohibition on malicious rumor-mongering and spreading false informationUsers must not maliciously create or spread false information. If such actions result in damage to the platform's market image or brand reputation, the platform reserves the right to deduct user funds as compensation for losses.

Prohibition on self-trading activities is prohibited to repeatedly conduct self-trading operations where one acts as both the buyer and seller, or to engage in multiple mutual counterparty transactions within a group of accounts under actual control (self-trading behavior). This includes, but is not limited to, abnormal characteristics such as identical funding sources, the same IP address, or synchronized trading activities in one or multiple trading accounts. Prohibit single or multiple related accounts under actual control from manipulating market prices through trading methods such as wash trades or matched orders; prohibit clients within single or multiple related accounts under actual control from repeatedly conducting transactions as counterparties to each other.

Prohibition on Frequent Order Placement and CancellationProhibit frequent order placement and cancellation within the day, which may affect trading prices or mislead other market participants in their trading decisions (frequent order manipulation).

Prohibition of large order cancellation activitiesProhibit the placement and cancellation of large orders multiple times within a day, which may affect trading prices or mislead other market participants in their trading decisions (large order cancellation operations).

Regarding the limit on intraday open the act of exceeding the daily opening position limit set by the exchange for a single trading product (including but not limited to ETZ contract trading and spot trading) within one trading day.

Restrictions on algorithmic tradingUsing algorithmic trading methods to issue trading instructions may affect the security of the ETZ exchange system or the normal trading order.

Other circumstances abnormal trading situations as determined by the ETZ Exchange.

3. Measures for Handling Abnormal Trading Activities

To strengthen risk management of abnormal trading activities in the cryptocurrency market, measures for handling such activities are hereby established. When a user of the ETZ trading platform exhibits any of the abnormal trading behaviors listed in these regulations, the ETZ trading platform may take the following measures against the account involved in abnormal trading without any prior notice:

The platform reserves the right to select its partners. If the platform determines that a user is no longer suitable for continued cooperation, it will prohibit the user and highly associated accounts (including those identified through IP addresses, device information, fund flows, transaction behaviors, and other related information) from further collaboration. Upon discovery, the platform will confiscate any illicit gains obtained in violation of the rules.

The platform reserves the right to freeze relevant funds or suspend all trading activities during abnormal periods.

Close the related accounts and confiscate the remaining assets.

Restrict the withdrawal and deposit functions of the related accounts.

Restrict opening positions, require closing positions within a specified time frame, and enforce forced liquidation.

Restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's access to the ETZ official website.

Request the user to submit a transaction status report.

Other management measures that may be taken in accordance with the exchange's business rules.

4. Liability Statement

Users participating in ETZ trading activities must strictly comply with all provisions of laws, regulations, and exchange business rules. They are required to accept the exchange's management and monitoring of the rationality of their trading behavior and consciously standardize their own trading activities. ETZ reserves the right to seek all fair and legally permissible remedies for abnormal trading activities, including but not limited to restricting all trading activities of accounts involved in such transactions. ETZ shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from suspected violations of these regulations. The final interpretation right of this management specification belongs to the ETZ trading platform.
