If a project experiences a security incident, such as a hacking attack, ETZ will assist in determining the support required and assess the team's response measures and its ability to manage subsequent risks.

In addition, ETZ places significant importance on user feedback. If a token receives a substantial number of user complaints, ETZ will initiate an investigation to determine whether the token continues to meet the platform's listing standards.
